Congratulations Ms. Fatimah Almusa
The Kuwait Cultural Office is proud to highlight the outstanding accomplishments of Ms. Fatimah Almusa, Master’s student at the University of Glasgow.
Fatimah has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to community building during her studies in Glasgow. In June 2024, she founded the Glasgow Khaleeji Society to create a supportive environment for Khaleeji students. Under her leadership, the society successfully connected students and celebrated Gulf culture and traditions through various events.
Within just nine months of its establishment, the society was nominated by the University of Glasgow Student Representative Council for the Best Society of the Year Award.
In recognition of her volunteer work, Fatimah was awarded the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Volunteering Awards, having contributed over 100 hours of service. She also received the prestigious Saltire Award, presented by the Scottish Government to honour the achievements of young volunteers in Scotland.
