Kuwait Cultural Office  is proud to highlight Mr. Anwar AlFailakawi, a PhD student at the University of Aberdeen.

During his first year of doctoral studies, Mr. Anwar achieved several key milestones, including the acceptance and presentation of his first research paper at the 2025 Annual Scottish Doctoral Colloquium in Accounting and Finance held in Dundee. The paper is now under review for publication in a high-impact journal.

In addition, Mr. Anwar was appointed as the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Representative for the Finance Department at the University of Aberdeen, a role that reflects his leadership and commitment to academic excellence.
