The Kuwait Cultural Office is proud to highlight Mr. Meshari A. M. A. M. Alkulaib, a PhD candidate in Development Policy and Management at the University of Manchester, for his remarkable academic and professional achievements.

In July 2024, Meshari presented his PhD research at the R&D Management Conference 2024 in Stockholm, Sweden, contributing to the global academic dialogue on development policy and management.

He was also invited as a VIP guest speaker at The Diwan at Harvard (Harvard University, USA), where he shared his insights on political science, development, and human rights.

In 2025, Meshari served as a moderator at the 7th German-Arab Dialogue on Security and Cooperation in Berlin, Germany, facilitating discussions between international experts and policymakers on global security and cooperation.

Alongside these achievements, he continues to serve as the Postgraduate Research (PGR) Class Representative at the University of Manchester’s Global Development Institute, demonstrating academic leadership and commitment to student advocacy.
