The Kuwait Cultural Office in London is proud to congratulate Mr. Saoud Alrushaid, one of our Foundation students at Nottingham Trent International College.

Nottingham Trent International College has recently celebrated the creative milestone from Mr. Saoud Alrushaid who is sponsored to study Foundation Certificate for Art, Design and Media at the college.

As part of Saoud’s Foundation Certificate final project, he designed ‘The Daisy Pavilion’ a beautiful and minimalist space inspired by the elegance of the daisy flower. Saoud has a strong passion for the minimalist style as it can evoke emotions in the viewer. Influenced by interior designer John Pawson, Saoud embraced clean lines, soft tones, and natural light. His glass-walled pavilion reimagines the bandstand at Nottingham’s Arboretum, creating a calming community space with a café at its heart.

Saoud’s thoughtful approach blends nature and design, capturing both the look and spirit of the daisy. His project created more than just a building—he’s crafted a space for emotion, rest, and renewal.

Congratulations and best wishes towards more success.
