Kuwait Cultural Office – London is proud to highlight Mr. Khaled Aljaber, a PhD Candidate at Loughborough University.

Mr. Khaled has published a paper in the Q1 journal Buildings titled:
“Critical Success Factors of Water and Power Public–Private Partnerships in Developing Countries: A Systematic Review.” available here

His research identifies the key factors driving the success of Public–Private Partnership (PPP) projects and highlights important gaps and future directions for policy and practice.

In addition, Mr. Khaled has developed a web-based application that enables PPP stakeholders to assess their projects across validated success factors, offering a practical “Project Success Index” to support better decision-making.
