The Kuwait Cultural Office is proud to recognise the achievement of Colonel Khaled Alsumait, PhD Student at the University of Dundee and member of the Ministry of Interior, who was awarded the People’s Choice Award for Best Presentation at the 6th Annual Postgraduate Law Conference held at the University of Strathclyde on 25 June 2024.

This recognition highlights Colonel Alsumait’s excellence in research and presentation, as well as his valuable contribution to postgraduate legal scholarship.
